105 degree temperature…..
…..and I am not talking air temperature either. My 6 year old has been in one heck of a battle for the better part of 2 months with multiple throat infections. As soon as one gets taken care another more violent infection takes it’s place a couple of weeks later. We just took her to the nose and throat specialist this past Tuesday and they recommended that her tonsils be removed. (Oct. 17th) We were up this morning at 3:30 am and used every trick in the book to get her temperature under control. I have been scared plenty in my day. This was up there on the top 10 list and I am not going to go into great detail on this report. We got to the ER in Laredo around 5 am and didn’t leave til dang near noonish. Madison is doing much better after all the drugs and IV’s that they gave her. I felt bad for my clients today as I had to cancel on em. There was just no way I could leave my girl in that bad of shape with just my wife….no way and they were very understanding. It also helped that they had their own boat here as well. I am going to be playing Dr. Daddy over the next couple of days. Clean up on isle 11…..lol, ugh. Boy am I grateful for Doctors and modern medicine.
